Smoked trout lavoche rolls

Serve up stunning smoked trout rolls to wow your guests at your next event.
Ingredients:
  • 3 lavoche bread pieces
  • 75g baby spinach leaves, stalks trimmed
  • 400g sliced smoked trout
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • 200g fresh ricotta
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 10.60 gm fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Prepare the ricotta filling by blending the ricotta, cream cheese, and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a small bowl.
  • Place lavoche bread pieces on a clean, damp tea towel. Evenly spread ricotta on the bread, layer with spinach and smoked trout. Season with pepper. Roll tightly and cut into 3cm slices to serve.
