Whip up a delicious French smoked trout pate in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 400g smoked trout fillet
  • 280g unsalted butter, softened
  • 40.00 ml horseradish cream
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 100ml (5 tbsp) creme fraiche or sour cream
  • 40ml (2 tbsp) lemon juice, plus extra to serve
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh dill
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, then season with salt and pepper. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Spread on toasted bread and finish with a lemon juice drizzle.
