Homemade seasoning enhances grilled pork chops with spicy, smoky flavor - perfect for BBQ gatherings.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt (such as LAWRY'S®)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
  • 4 bone-in pork chops (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your outdoor grill over medium heat using indirect cooking method and lightly oil the grate.
  • Combine seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and liquid smoke in a small bowl, mixing well until fully blended.
  • Pat dry the pork chops with a paper towel. Season both sides of the moist chops with the spice mixture, gently rubbing the spices into the meat. Allow the chops to rest for 10 minutes.
  • Grill the chops over indirect heat on a preheated grill until cooked through, approximately 12 minutes per side or until a thermometer reads at least 145°F (63°C). Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
