Savory smoked pumpkin, a perfect complement to any dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5kg jap pumpkin, peeled, cut into 3cm pieces
  • 2.50 gm smoked paprika
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C/160C fan-forced and line 2 baking trays with baking paper. In a bowl, combine pumpkin, paprika, oil, salt, and pepper. Toss well to ensure all the ingredients are evenly coated.
  • Spread out the pumpkin mixture in a single layer on the prepared tray. Roast until the pumpkin is golden and tender, about 35 to 40 minutes.
