Elevate your scrambled eggs with dill, bell pepper, onion, ham, mayo, and half-and-half for a flavorful twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 1.5 teaspoons half-and-half cream
  • 6 eggs
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 0.75 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon bacon drippings
  • 1.5 tablespoons red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1.5 tablespoons finely chopped ham
  • 1.5 tablespoons finely chopped sweet onion
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, vigorously blend the mayonnaise and half-and-half until velvety. Then whisk in the eggs, dill weed, and garlic powder. Set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat bacon drippings over medium heat. Add red bell pepper and sauté until softened, around 2 minutes. Mix in ham and onion; cook until onion is translucent and soft, about 5 minutes. Pour in the eggs and cook until set, approximately 5 minutes.
