Decadent s'more bars recipe by blogger Brooke McLay - a chocolate lover's dream come true!
Ingredients:
  • 5 graham crackers rectangles, finely crushed
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Oatmeal Cookie Mix
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 bag (12 oz) milk chocolate chips (2 cups)
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine crushed crackers, cookie mix, melted butter, and water in a large bowl. Press half of the mixture onto the bottom of an ungreased 9-inch square pan or baking dish.
  • Distribute chocolate chips evenly over the mixture. Layer marshmallows on top. Cover with the remaining cookie mixture, pressing down to fully encase the marshmallows.
  • Bake until edges are a rich golden brown, for about 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool completely on a rack for approximately 1 hour. Cut into 9 equal squares.
