Delicious Bisquick® pancakes topped with warm vanilla sauce - a quick and scrumptious breakfast choice. Ready in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 1/4 cups half-and-half
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • In a 1 1/2-quart saucepan, combine 3 tablespoons of sugar with cornstarch. Add half-and-half and butter, stirring until smooth. Heat over medium heat until boiling, stirring constantly. Boil for about 2 minutes until slightly thickened, then stir in vanilla. Keep warm.
  • Preheat griddle or skillet to 375°F. Grease with oil if needed.
  • Combine Pancake ingredients in a medium bowl until fully mixed. Pour just under 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto a hot griddle. Cook until edges are set, then flip and cook until golden brown. Serve with a side of warm sauce.
