Indulge in decadent Snickers™ cheesecake cookies for the ultimate treat.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (from 15-oz box)
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 Snickers™ candy bars (3.7 oz each), unwrapped
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 container (8 oz) sour cream
  • Milk chocolate ice cream topping, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Combine cookie crumbs and granulated sugar in a 9-inch springform pan. Pour melted butter over the mixture and mix well with a fork. Press the mixture firmly onto the bottom and up the sides of the pan to create the crust.
  • Slice each candy bar in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 8 pieces. Set aside. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to beat cream cheese and brown sugar until fluffy. Add sour cream, vanilla, and eggs, beating until smooth and scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Gently fold in candy pieces, then pour the mixture into the prepared crust-lined pan.
  • Bake for 1 1/4 hours or until a knife inserted slightly off center comes out clean (center may still be slightly jiggly). Allow to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack for about 1 hour.
  • Remove the pan's side gently. Chill in the refrigerator before serving for a minimum of 2 hours.
  • Arrange the cheesecake wedges on dessert plates and generously drizzle with ice cream topping. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
