Indulgent frozen treat with chocolate, caramel, peanuts, and creamy ice cream layers.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Vegetable oil, water and eggs called for on brownie mix box for cakelike brownies
  • 1/2 cup chopped cocktail peanuts
  • 3/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 container (28 oz) Häagen-Dazs™ ice cream chocolate, softened
  • 1 container (28 oz) Häagen-Dazs™ ice cream dulce de leche caramel, softened
  • 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 3 bars (1.86 oz each) Snickers™ candy bar, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate-flavor syrup
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly coat the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs in a large bowl until fully incorporated. Add peanuts. Bake for 24 to 26 minutes or until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from the side of the pan comes out almost clean. Transfer brownies to a cooling rack and let cool for 30 minutes.
  • Cover the brownie with 1/2 cup of caramel sauce and freeze for 10 minutes. Then, spread softened chocolate ice cream evenly on top of the caramel layer and return to the freezer for 1 hour.
  • Take the pan out of the freezer and smoothly spread softened caramel ice cream over the chocolate ice cream layer. Cover and freeze for about 3 hours until firm.
  • Before serving, generously spread whipped topping over the chilled cake, then sprinkle the decadent chopped candy bars on top. Drizzle the remaining 1/4 cup of caramel sauce and chocolate syrup over the cake. Cut into 5 rows by 4 rows and store the remaining portions covered in the freezer.
