Ingredients:
  • 1 ripe sweet pear
  • 50 g mixed spinach, rocket & watercress
  • 150 g higher-welfare minced pork
  • 1 soft burger bun
  • 30 g blue cheese
Instructions:
  • Thinly slice the pear lengthwise. Mix gently with the salad leaves, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a drizzle of red wine vinegar, and a pinch of black pepper. Combine the minced pork with seasoning and shape into a 1cm-thick patty. Rub the patty with 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Cook in a non-stick frying pan over high heat for 2 minutes on each side. Toast the bun until golden. Top the burger with blue cheese to melt. Place the burger on the bun and add the pear and salad. Serve with any extra salad on the side. Enjoy your delicious meal!
