Irresistibly tender and juicy pork chops, a surefire hit with your loved one. Perfect over noodles or rice.
Ingredients:
  • 6 pork chops
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large onion, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 2 cubes chicken bouillon
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
Instructions:
  • Season pork chops generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then coat them evenly with 1/2 cup of flour. Sear the chops in a skillet over medium heat with a splash of oil until golden brown.
  • Add the chops to the slow cooker and layer with onion slices. Mix bouillon cubes in boiling water and pour over the chops. Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 8 hours.
  • Preheat oven to a cozy 200 degrees F (95 degrees C).
  • Once the chops are cooked, transfer them to the oven to keep warm. Be mindful as the chops are incredibly tender and may fall apart. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of flour with sour cream, then stir into the meat juices. Set the slow cooker to High for 15 to 30 minutes, or until the sauce slightly thickens. Serve the flavorful sauce over the pork chops.
