Easy and delicious pork chops with creamy mushroom sauce. Perfect with mashed potatoes or rice.
Ingredients:
  • 6 pork chops
  • 2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
Instructions:
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer the chops to a plate and discard any excess grease.
  • Place the seared chops back into the skillet. Pour in the condensed soup and sour cream. Allow it to simmer for one hour, turning the chops every 15 minutes for even cooking.
