Join me in making a delightful peach kuchen!
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 can (15 1/4 ounces) sliced peaches, drained or 2 small peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • Sweetened whipped cream, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Combine Bisquick mix, milk, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and butter in a medium bowl. Transfer the mixture to an ungreased 9x9x2 inch square pan and top with peach slices.
  • Combine the cinnamon with 1/4 cup of sugar, then sprinkle the mixture over the peaches. Drizzle the sour cream and egg mixture over the top.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean. Enjoy warm with whipped cream.
