  • 4 slices wholemeal sourdough bread, toasted
  • 115g (1/2 cup)
 fresh ricotta
  • 2 bananas, thinly sliced
  • Ground cinnamon, to sprinkle
Instructions:
  • Layer the bread with velvety ricotta, add slices of banana, and dust with aromatic cinnamon.
