Sous vide lobster tails cooked in butter with parsley, lemon, and garlic, perfect for a romantic Valentine's Day dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (6 ounce) lobster tails
  • 2 slices lemon, plus more for garnish
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 pinch dried parsley
  • 1 pinch granulated garlic
Instructions:
  • Fill a large pot with warm water and attach the sous vide cooker, setting the temperature to 130 degrees F (54 degrees C).
  • Using kitchen shears, gently cut the underside of the lobster tail and remove the fins. Then, carefully lift out the meat.
  • In a resealable plastic bag, layer 1 lemon slice at the bottom. Arrange lobster tail meat over the lemon and spread with 1 teaspoon of butter. Sprinkle with a pinch of parsley and garlic. Repeat with the remaining lobster tail, lemon, butter, parsley, and garlic in another bag.
  • Immerse the bags in water to remove all air and secure them in the pot using tongs to ensure full submersion.
  • Simmer the lobster tails in the preheated water for 30 minutes. Remove the bags from the pot, carefully open them, and transfer the succulent lobster tails to a cozy plate.
