Elevate classic deviled eggs with a secret ingredient: sweetened condensed milk for a smooth, glossy filling. Garnish with paprika and black olive slices for a delicious Southern twist.
Ingredients:
  • 8 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and sliced in half lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 0.125 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
  • 0.125 teaspoon white sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon sweetened condensed milk, or more to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon paprika for garnish
  • 16 slices black olives
Instructions:
  • Transfer the egg yolks to a bowl and combine them with mayonnaise, yellow mustard, spicy brown mustard, black pepper, white vinegar, sugar, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Fill the egg halves with the yolk mixture, sprinkle with paprika, and top each deviled egg with two slices of black olive.
