Deviled eggs with sweet pickle relish and rice vinegar - a perfect potluck hit!
Ingredients:
  • 12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 3 tablespoons yellow mustard, or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper, divided
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper, divided
Instructions:
  • Separate yolks from whites. Combine yolks with mayonnaise, vinegar, relish, mustard, sugar, cayenne, and black pepper; mix thoroughly with a fork.
  • Transfer the mixture into a small resealable zip-top bag and cut off a corner. Pipe the mixture into the egg whites and sprinkle with additional black pepper and cayenne. Refrigerate until serving.
