30-minute crispy pan-fried chicken tenders served with delicious honey mustard sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 30 saltine crackers
  • 2 tablespoons dry potato flakes
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch strips
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Crush crackers in a resealable plastic bag until coarse. Combine with potato flakes, seasoned salt, and black pepper in a shallow bowl. Beat egg in a separate small bowl and place flour in a third shallow bowl.
  • Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with cracker mixture.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, sizzle chicken strips in vegetable oil until cooked through and crispy, about 15-20 minutes.
