Quick and delicious spaghetti and meatballs using store-bought or homemade meatballs.
Ingredients:
  • 30 ounces fresh pork meatballs
  • 4 cups water
  • 10 ounces spaghetti, broken in half
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.75 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.75 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon white sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon oregano
Instructions:
  • Add water to your Instant Pot and gently place the spaghetti noodles, ensuring they are evenly separated.
  • Securely seal the lid and set the pressure to high following the manufacturer's guidelines. Then, set the timer for 10 minutes and wait for the pressure to build up for 10 minutes.
  • Carefully quick-release pressure following the manufacturer's instructions for about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid, then transfer noodles to a covered dish to keep warm.
  • Place the meatballs, crushed tomatoes, and minced garlic in the Instant Pot® and mix well to coat the meatballs with the sauce.
  • Secure the lid tightly and ensure it's locked. Choose high pressure based on your cooker's guide; set the timer for 10 minutes. Give it 10 minutes to pressurize.
  • Once the pressure is released following the manufacturer's guidelines, unlock and remove the lid. Sprinkle in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, sugar, salt, and oregano. Give it a good stir to blend the flavors.
  • Serve meatballs and sauce over a bed of noodles in a bowl.
