Whip up flavorful beef meatballs with zesty tomato sauce for a delicious spaghetti dish that's a breeze to make.
Ingredients:
  • 500g Angus beef sausages with garlic and parsley
  • 400g Arrabbiata pasta sauce
  • 500g Spaghetti
  • 100g parmesan cheese, grated, to serve
  • 125.00 ml basil, to serve
  • Green beans, steamed, to serve
Instructions:
  • Take the sausage meat out of the casings and shape into meatballs (4 from each sausage). Spray a frying pan with olive oil, heat over medium heat, and brown the meatballs. Stir in pasta sauce and 150ml water. Simmer until meatballs are cooked through and sauce thickens slightly.
  • Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and return to the saucepan. Add meatball sauce, mix gently. Sprinkle with parmesan and basil. Serve with steamed green beans.
