Savor the simplicity of this comforting pasta dish made with just five delicious ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • 350g spaghetti
  • 90g pesto
  • 125.00 ml flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 160g ricotta
Instructions:
  • Preheat grill to high. Arrange prosciutto on a baking tray and cook until crispy, about 2 minutes per side. Rest on paper towel for 5 minutes before breaking into pieces.
  • Cook the pasta in boiling water following the package instructions, then drain it.
  • Mix the pesto and parsley into the pasta, then serve in bowls, garnished with ricotta and prosciutto. Enjoy!
