Rolled lasagna spirals filled with creamy ricotta, mozzarella, broccoli, and green onions, baked with spaghetti sauce and Parmesan.
Ingredients:
  • 10 wide lasagna noodles
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages chopped frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 (32 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. Cook noodles for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse.
  • Combine the broccoli, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, basil, and nutmeg in a spacious bowl.
  • Spread a generous amount of the broccoli mixture onto each noodle, then roll them up to create beautiful spirals. Arrange the spirals in the dish, drizzle spaghetti sauce over them, and sprinkle a generous amount of Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
  • Place in the oven that has been preheated and bake for 30 minutes.
