Speedy lasagne

Whip up a delicious lasagna in a snap!
Ingredients:
  • 500g beef mince
  • 2 x 425g containers fresh bolognaise sauce (Latina brand)
  • 4 fresh lasagne sheets, each sheet cut into 3 equal rectangles
  • 1 x 700g container fresh creamy bechamel sauce (Latina brand)
  • 65g (3/4 cup) coarsely grated cheddar
  • Mixed salad leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 230°C.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat. Brown the mince, breaking up any lumps with a wooden spoon for 1-2 minutes. Pour in bolognaise sauce and bring to a boil.
  • Layer the mince mixture into four 500ml (2 cup) capacity ovenproof dishes, starting with a spoonful of mince, then a lasagne sheet, followed by half of the remaining mince, and one-third of the bechamel sauce. Repeat with another lasagne sheet, the rest of the mince, and half of the remaining bechamel. Finish with a final lasagne sheet topped with the remaining bechamel sauce.
  • Sprinkle evenly with a generous amount of cheese. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill on high. Uncover the dishes. Grill for 1-2 minutes or until beautifully golden brown. Serve alongside fresh salad leaves.
