Crispy air-fried chickpeas seasoned with nutritional yeast, paprika, garlic, cumin, and salt for a flavorful vegan snack.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 pinch cumin
Instructions:
  • Place chickpeas on a double layer of paper towels, then cover with an additional layer of paper towels to dry for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your air fryer to a perfect 355 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  • In a bowl, mix chickpeas with nutritional yeast, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic, salt, and cumin until evenly coated.
  • Place chickpeas in the air fryer and cook for 20-22 minutes, shaking every 4 minutes until crispy.
