Sweet and delicious spiced chai, perfect in cute glasses.
Ingredients:
  • 600 ml milk
  • 4 English breakfast tea bags
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 whole nutmeg for grating
  • honey or maple or agave syrup
Instructions:
  • In a small pan, combine tea bags, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, milk, two-thirds of the grated nutmeg, and 350ml of water. Stir and heat over medium-high until boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes to infuse flavors. Strain into a teapot or cute heatproof glasses. Sweeten with honey, agave, or maple syrup, if desired.
