Indulgent spiced pear and date crumble tarts, ready in just 15 minutes for a delightful treat for the whole family.
Ingredients:
  • 240g canned pear
  • 6 fresh dates, seeded, coarsely chopped
  • 75g caramel
  • 1.25 gm ground ginger
  • 0.63 gm ground cinnamon
  • 80g biscuit
  • 20g unsalted butter, melted
  • 10.40 gm shredded coconut
  • 12 Make At Home Tart Shells*
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Mix together the pear, date, dulce de leche, ginger, and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
  • In a small bowl, mix the biscuit, butter, and coconut together. Arrange the tart shells on a baking tray. Fill each tart shell with the pear mixture and top with the biscuit mixture.
  • Bake the tarts for 8 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Allow them to cool slightly before serving.
