Whip up quick and delicious spiced prawn and slaw tortillas, topped with sour cream, coriander, and lime in 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 75g mayonnaise
  • 21.00 gm lime juice
  • 80g sour cream
  • 250g pkt Brand Coleslaw Mix
  • 82.50 ml coriander, coarsely chopped
  • 30g pkt Old El Paso™ Taco Spice Mix
  • 500g raw peeled prawns
  • 36.80 gm vegetable oil
  • 8 Old El Paso™ Stand ‘N Stuff™ Tortillas
  • 80ml taco sauce
  • 62.50 ml coriander leaves
  • Lime wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, lime juice, and half of the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Add coleslaw mix and chopped coriander, then stir until well combined.
  • In a large sealable plastic bag, combine the Old El Paso™ Taco Spice Mix and prawns. Seal the bag and shake well to coat the prawns. In a large frying pan over high heat, heat oil. Cook prawns in 2 batches for 3-4 mins until they curl and change color.
  • Microwave Old El Paso™ Stand ‘n Stuff™ Tortillas according to package instructions.
  • Lay out tortillas on a platter, then fill them with coleslaw. Add prawns and the rest of the sour cream on top. Drizzle with Old El Paso™ Mild Taco Sauce and sprinkle with coriander. Serve with lime wedges.
