Ingredients:
  • 41.60 gm Tabasco Sauce
  • 42.00 gm fresh lime juice
  • 2 kg green king prawns
  • Lime wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • Heat up the barbecue or chargrill pan on high heat.
  • In a spacious bowl, mix Tabasco Sauce, lime juice, and olive oil. Add the unshelled prawns and toss until coated. Cook the prawns on a preheated barbecue or chargrill in batches for 5 minutes, until they change color and are fully cooked. Serve hot or at room temperature with lime wedges.
