Transform bland chops into mouthwatering BBQ masterpieces with this Aussie-inspired recipe that will have your family begging for more all summer long.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon malt vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 pounds lamb chops
Instructions:
  • Combine tomato sauce, barbeque sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, mustard, and brown sugar in a large bowl. Add lamb chops to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  • Fire up the outdoor grill to high heat.
  • Grill the lamb chops for approximately 10 minutes, making sure to flip them regularly and generously coat with the marinade. Cook until the internal temperature of the chops reaches at least 145°F (63°C).
