Ingredients:
  • 9.20 gm vegetable oil
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 420g can Beanz Creationz Fiery Mexican Style Beanz
  • 35g pkt Taco Seasoning
  • 22.20 gm tomato paste
  • 230g pkt Original Tortilla Strips White Corn
  • 100g cheese
  • 195g salsa
  • 100g corn cob
  • 20.00 ml coriander, finely chopped
  • 80g jalapeno
  • 120g sour cream
  • Coriander leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat oven to 180C. 2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add onion and cook for 2 minutes. 3. Add mince and cook for 5 minutes, breaking up lumps with a wooden spoon until browned. 4. Stir in Heinz Fiery Mexican Beanz Creationz, Mission Taco Seasoning, tomato paste, and 1/2 cup (125ml) water. 5. Simmer for 5 minutes until most of the liquid has evaporated.

  • Garnish your nachos with Sandhurst Sliced Jalapeños, a dollop of sour cream and salsa blend, and a generous sprinkle of fresh coriander leaves.
