Spicy Catalina dressing adds zing to quick and easy weeknight Swai fish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (4 ounce) fillet swai fish
  • 0.375 cup Catalina salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon chile-garlic sauce (such as Sriracha®)
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.375 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.375 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 0.25 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground white pepper
Instructions:
  • Get the outdoor grill sizzling hot for that perfect sear.
  • Lay a large piece of aluminum foil on a flat surface and mold edges to create a boat shape. Pour Catalina dressing onto the foil. Add the fish fillet, ensuring it is fully coated in the dressing.
  • Combine chile-garlic sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, sea salt, red pepper flakes, mustard powder, and white pepper in a small bowl. Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the fish fillet. Wrap the fillet and dressing in aluminum foil, sealing the edges securely.
  • Grill fish until it turns opaque and easily flakes with a fork, for about 8 to 12 minutes.
