Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix (such as Hidden Valley Ranch®)
  • 0.5 tablespoon chili powder, or to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound chicken tenders
Instructions:
  • Combine dry ranch dressing, chili powder, cayenne, and black pepper in a small bowl. Use the flavorful mix to coat the chicken tenders.
  • In a sizzling cast iron skillet, gently lay chicken tenders into the shimmering oil. Let the chicken sear undisturbed until the skin is beautifully charred, approximately 4 minutes. Turn the chicken over and continue cooking until it reaches a tender, juicy doneness, about 2 more minutes.
