Spicy Crab Pasta

Delicious crabmeat bow tie pasta in a buttery tomato sauce with a kick of red pepper flakes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package dry farfalle (bow tie) pasta
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1.5 tablespoons red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Bring a generously salted large pot of water to a vigorous boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain well.
  • In a separate pot, melt butter. Add crabmeat and tomatoes; season with pepper flakes, garlic salt, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir for 10 minutes. Combine with cooked pasta before serving.
