Spicy cream sauce shrimp with peppers, chili powder, and garlic, generously drizzled in rich heavy cream. Perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 habanero peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon hot chili powder
  • 1 pound medium shrimp - peeled and deveined
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 pinch salt and white pepper to taste
  • 1 French baguette, sliced
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet, warm olive oil over medium-low heat. Sauté habanero peppers and garlic briefly to enhance flavors. Add shrimp and cook, stirring until pink, about 5 minutes. Season with chili powder, salt, and pepper, ensuring shrimp is evenly coated. Add cream and heat gently without boiling. Serve with bread slices or over pasta while hot.
