Grilled dish with Greek yogurt, tarragon, and harissa sauce - versatile and flavorful.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch fresh tarragon sprigs, leaves only
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek-style yogurt
  • 0.25 cup harissa sauce (see footnote for recipe link)
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar or citrus juice
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 4 large chicken breast halves
  • 0.25 cup harissa sauce, for garnish
  • 4 sprigs tarragon, for garnish
Instructions:
  • In a blender, blend together tarragon, Greek yogurt, harissa sauce, garlic, vinegar, cumin, and salt until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts in a shallow dish, ensuring both sides are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Heat up the outdoor grill to a medium-high temperature and brush the grate lightly with oil.
  • Place marinated chicken breasts on the pre-heated grill and cook over medium-high heat until dark grill marks appear, approximately 7 minutes per side.
  • Drizzle harissa sauce and add a fresh tarragon sprig for the perfect finishing touch.
