Spicy chili chips baked to perfection for a delicious crispy snack.
Ingredients:
  • 4 enchilada tortillas, quartered
  • 1/2 tsp Mexican chilli powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
  • Lay the tortillas out in a single layer on the prepared tray.
  • Sprinkle a touch of chili powder. Bake in a hot oven for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
