Decadent spinach-artichoke stuffed crescent rolls - perfect for dinner or parties!
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups chopped fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) container whipped cream cheese, softened
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 3 (8 ounce) tubes refrigerated butter-flavored crescent rolls
  • 0.5 cup fine Italian bread crumbs
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Combine spinach, artichoke hearts, smooth cream cheese, creamy mayonnaise, tangy feta cheese, savory Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic in a large bowl; season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Take the rolls out of each can and divide them into 8 triangles, totaling 24. Put a generous tablespoon of spinach and cream cheese mixture on the wide end of each triangle. Roll up each triangle, beginning from the wide end, tuck the ends underneath, and coat them in bread crumbs. Arrange the rolls on the prepared baking sheet with the seam-side facing down.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until beautifully golden, for 10-12 minutes. Serve piping hot.
