Creamy spinach and artichoke dip - a crowd-pleaser for any party. Perfectly cheesy and delicious on crackers or chips.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2.5 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 1-quart baking dish.
  • In a bowl, blend together artichoke hearts, spinach, and mayonnaise. Stir in 2 cups of Monterey Jack cheese, followed by the Parmesan cheese. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and top with the remaining 1/2 cup of Monterey Jack cheese before baking.
  • Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted, approximately 15 minutes.
