Indulge in divine spinach and cheese tarts for a special celebration!
Ingredients:
  • 4 sheets butter puff pastry, partially thawed
  • 150g tub baby spinach with cashew and parmesan dip
  • 82.50 ml grated parmesan cheese
  • 40.00 ml pine nuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C /180°C fan-forced. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper and cut out 16 hearts from the pastry sheets using an 8cm heart-shaped cutter.
  • Lay down one heart on a flat surface. Leave a 1cm border and evenly spread 2 teaspoons of dip on top. Cover with another heart and press the edges to seal. Transfer to a prepared baking tray. Repeat the process with the rest of the hearts and spinach dip.
  • Top the hearts generously with savory Parmesan cheese and crunchy pine nuts. Bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes until beautifully golden and puffed. Enjoy your delicious creation!
