Try this creamy spinach raita: the perfect side for your spicy Indian curry.
Ingredients:
  • 18.40 gm sunflower oil
  • 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 750.00 ml baby spinach leaves
  • 200g yoghurt
  • Sweet paprika, to sprinkle
Instructions:
  • In a frypan, warm the sunflower oil over low heat. Add garlic, cumin, and spinach leaves and cook while stirring for 1-2 minutes until the garlic softens and spinach wilts. Transfer to a bowl and mix in the yogurt. Season to taste, sprinkle with paprika, and serve alongside curry.
