Whip up a delicious spinach and Gorgonzola cheese ball rolled in almonds in minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 6 ounces crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 0.5 cup slivered almonds
Instructions:
  • Combine cream cheese and spinach in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Carefully incorporate Gorgonzola crumbles. Shape mixture into a ball, then coat it with slivered almonds. Wrap and refrigerate until firm, approximately 1 hour.
