Whip up these easy and tasty party tarts in just 10 minutes with a handful of simple ingredients. Customize with the alternative filling if spinach dip isn't your thing.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups refrigerated spinach dip
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 24 frozen mini fillo shells (from two 1.9-oz packages), thawed
  • 5 radishes, sliced, slices cut in half
  • 1/4 cup matchstick carrots, cut into quarters
Instructions:
  • Combine spinach dip and celery in a small bowl. Spoon evenly into fillo shells, using approximately 4 1/2 teaspoons per shell. Top tarts with radishes and carrots for decoration.
