Creamy creme fraiche pasta with ham and broccoli, a delightful family recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 12 ounces spinach fettuccini pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 12 ounces chopped cooked ham
  • 1 pound broccoli florets, blanched
  • 0.5 cup creme fraiche
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil a generously salted large pot of water until it bubbles. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until perfectly tender but with a slight bite. Drain and return pasta to the pot.
  • In a large heavy skillet, warm oil over medium heat. Sauté onion until soft and translucent. Add ham and heat through. Combine onion, ham, and broccoli with pasta in a pot. Mix in creme fraiche until everything is evenly coated.
