Mozzarella-spinach meat loaf: moist and flavorful.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
  • 1.5 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 5x9 inch loaf pan.
  • Combine the beef, spinach, bread crumbs, 1 1/2 cups of cheese, and eggs in a bowl, then place the mixture into the loaf pan.
  • Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven until reaching an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top before serving.
