Spinach and mozzarella skillet lasagna made easy with Hamburger Helper® dinner mix.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 2 3/4 cups hot water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 box Hamburger Helper™ lasagna
  • 1 box (9 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
Instructions:
  • In a 10-inch skillet, sauté the beef and onion over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes until the beef is cooked through; then drain any excess fat.
  • Combine hot water, milk, uncooked pasta, and sauce mix in a pot. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  • Lower the heat and cover the pot to simmer for approximately 10 minutes, giving it an occasional stir until the pasta is tender. Add the spinach and sprinkle with cheese. Keep the pot covered and simmer for about 2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
