Buttery sautéed zucchini and carrots in a creamy sauce mixed with spaghetti, perfect side for BBQ.
Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 large zucchini, julienned
  • 3 large carrots, julienned
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 0.75 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Instructions:
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain the pasta.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and saute zucchini, carrots, and garlic until tender. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and dill, cooking until thickened. Combine with cooked spaghetti before serving.
