Versatile and delicious meatballs perfect for sandwiches, pasta, or appetizers. Sky's the limit!
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 0.25 cup dry bread crumbs, or as needed
  • 0.25 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and line a big baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until mixed. Shape mixture into 16 meatballs and place on baking sheet.
  • Bake until the center is no longer pink, 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
