Air fryer roast pork is quick and easy, with crispy crackling and juicy meat. Start high for crispiness, then lower for juiciness. No need to boil first. Try different flavor combos like Matt Preston's pork belly bites with sticky sauce. No boiling needed, just deliciousness in an hour!
Ingredients:
  • 1kg Pork Belly Roast Boneless, rind scored (see note)
  • 4.80 gm sea salt flakes
  • Olive oil spray
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes. Pat the pork dry with a paper towel and massage salt into the rind.
  • Add the pork to the air fryer, give it a light spray with oil, then cook at 180°C for 25 minutes until the rind crackles. Lower the temperature to 160°C and continue cooking for another 30 minutes until the pork is tender and fully cooked.
