Air Fryer Roast Potato Crunchies: Crispy, golden potato bites that will make you dance with joy.
Ingredients:
  • 1kg white potatoes, peeled, roughly chopped
  • 40g (1/2 cup) finely grated parmesan
  • 50g (1/4 cup) semolina
  • 40.00 ml Chicken Style Stock Powder
Instructions:
  • Boil the potato in a large saucepan for 8-10 minutes until almost tender. Drain and return to the pan. Cover and shake the pan to roughen up the potato edges. Transfer to a large bowl and let cool for 10 minutes.
  • Combine the parmesan, semolina, and stock powder with the potato. Season generously with pepper and mix until well coated.
  • Fill the airfryer basket with half of the potato mixture and generously spray with cooking oil. Airfry at 200C for 10 minutes, then shake and turn the potatoes. Continue airfrying for another 5 minutes or until they are golden and crunchy. Serve hot.
