Elevate roast potatoes with air fryer smashed potatoes in garlic bacon butter. Quick and flavorful side dish with crispy, golden-brown potatoes that disappear fast.
Ingredients:
  • 8 baby coliban (chat) potatoes
  • 2 short cut bacon rashers
  • 75g butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced lengthways
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh continental parsley
Instructions:
  • Place the potatoes and bacon in the air fryer basket, generously spray with olive oil, and season with salt. Air fry at 180C for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are tender and the bacon is crisp.
  • Place the bacon on a plate. Then, place the potatoes on a cutting board and crush them with the back of a fork. Return the crushed potatoes to the air fryer, spray them with olive oil, and air fry at 180C for about 10 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
  • Finely chop the bacon while melting butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 3 minutes until light golden. Remove from heat and stir in the bacon and parsley.
  • Place the potatoes onto a serving plate and drizzle with the aromatic garlic bacon butter before serving.
